1 cup oats
½ cup MRDC 99% Fat Free Natural Yoghurt
1 cup coconut milk
1 cups milk
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup almonds
1 small banana
2 dates, pitted
½ cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whizz on high until smooth. Serve immediately in a chilled glass topped with some berries and a sprinkle of granola.

Love this 'Frudite' platter. The mint lime dip is super easy to make too. Combine:
* 1 cup MRDC Greek Natural Yoghurt
* 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish, if desired
* 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
* 1/2 tablespoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
* juice of 1/2 lime
* 2 garlic cloves, finely minced (optional)
Leave in fridge to cool until you are ready to serve. Yum!
