Our Cheddar cheeses are handcrafted using traditional farmhouse methods.  Our range includes classic Original Cheddar, aged Vintage Cheddar and a stunning selection of contemporary-flavoured Cheddars, each with its own gourmet twist.  These cheeses are firm in texture and vary in strength depending on age.

Our Process

Our handcrafted Cheddar cheese range is preserved in wax to retain moisture and enhance flavour. A popular and versatile choice, this cheese is an excellent addition to any cheese platter.

Our Secret

It’s all about the Margret River milk because that is our core ingredient and the foundation of everything we make.  The Margaret River region is clean and natural and the local cows graze on beautiful pastures grown from rich, fertile soil.  These are the things that make the milk we use so special.
